Executive Recruitment
Our confidential searches are committed to the placement of highly qualified professionals. Our clients include architectural, construction, developers, energy, engineering, planning and transportation firms as well as U.S. government agencies.

Group One Search, Inc. understands different positions require different approaches thus we offer several options to our clients. We will be glad to discuss the terms and fees related to each of the agreements listed below.

Contract Search Agreement: Primarily used by existing clients for extended hiring needs where a client needs an external recruiting partner directly marketing a number of multiple hires on a national level and want to interview a number of qualified candidates. We present insider knowledge daily on the highest level of talent nationwide. This is a monthly ongoing recruiting effort which receives our Favored Firms Agreement.

Partial Retainer Agreement: This agreement allows us to immediately devote all of our resources in finding the best applicants for our Favored Firms. We do this so we can give your critical needs the full attention that they require ASAP. We have the most detailed list of candidates in the industry to source from. This search also benefits from Favored Firms Agreement.

Contingency Agreement: Our fee is not paid until a candidate has been hired. This approach is commonly utilized for our clients with high volume, multiple searches. While this approach allows efficient management of time on these multiple searches, these assignments do not require the same level of importance as Favored Firms Agreements.

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Group One Search, Inc. assists clients locate potential and target highly important opportunities. This includes contributing to corporate strategy in the management associated with the buying, selling and combining of different companies that can aid, finance, or help a growing company in a given industry grow rapidly without having to create another business entity.
